We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that items showing signs of wear or watches with removed plastic covers from the top, back, or crown are not eligible for returns.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer free shipping on our watches to all countries worldwide! Our watches are shipped from Australia and the delivery time is 3 – 7 business days after we receive an order.
Warranty

We take immense pride in the exceptional quality of our timepieces, and as a testament to our confidence, each watch is accompanied by a comprehensive 12 month warranty.

This warranty encompasses all internal components of the watch.

Please note that the warranty does not extend to the following:

Battery life

Normal wear and tear or aging, including but not limited to: scratched crystals, alterations in color or material of non-metallic straps and chains (e.g., leather, textile, rubber), or degradation of plating

Any damage to any part of the watch arising from improper or abusive use, inadequate care, negligence, or accidents, such as impacts, dents, crushing, or broken crystals.

In your communication, please be sure to include your order number and detail the nature of the damage to the product.
